Im feeling so damn emo !

People ! you should congratulate me.

I realized that more and more people are talking about Pesta Raya 2009 in specific , Impak Maksima The Musical. I think this year Pesta Raya 2009 really get the attention of people or is it the ticket that is sold at an affordable price? Anyway, that’s not the issue. It was really a satisfaction. Asked me why, asked me why.. Because I sat in front of the stage. Up close oi ! I’m here to share with you my experience together with bestie on the musical.

No doubt that Puteri Gunung Ledang the Musical is no competition with any other theatre but c’mon every theatre show has their good and bad reviews. Something unique about this theatre show is that, there is live drifting and rempit-ing up on stage. I repeat, LIVE! I was also amazed by Kamal Adli! His hidden talent had been revealed! He could SING! His singing was not that fantastic like Taufik Batisah or Anuar Zain but still we can’t run from the fact that he could sing. Only a little of vocal training and spice will make him a singer too. Oh yeah! And I like the script too! They changed so that it suits the setting. As you know, the theatre is played in Singapore, they tried to use our local language which all typical Malay used, “siak” which ended a sentence. The arrangement of the music was up to date but at some point of time I can’t hear their singing as in the diction. But overall, THUMBS UP! Worth Watching.

As usual, it would be such a waste, if this people whom you watch on teevee are a couple of distance away from you. So me and bestie actually rushed to get their pictures and autograph. I think being the first few lining up was a privileged. I got to interact with the director itself, Ahmad Idham. He actually left me with some advice, “When writing never be too formal and watch tons of movies from different genre.” And yeah , how I wished Cat farish would make me a star one day. HAHAHAHA.. :D:D:D:D

After the autograph and photo-taking session, I went to support my fellow schoolmates in MCG who are having performance. How I envy them but it’s okay I can stand on my own feet and figure out what I shall do. Partly, it was my mistake too. I didn’t stay for the whole performance due to some external people. Sorry guys! And yeah, I miss hanging out with you guys too!
